It is a large company that is at the forefront of poultry genetics, pioneering research and innovation on a global scale. Broiler breeders are among the most recognized and respected in the poultry industry and each has a proven track record of success as well as a large and loyal global customer base.
Imagine you are in a company with 2,000 employees, where HR processes are facing a series of challenges. We are talking about rework, manual data control, difficulties with the time control system and inefficient communication between units. We tested and delivered a prototype of the area's process, organizational policies, in addition to the screen prototype of the Time Clock system.
