Challenge
The need to standardize SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) processes and improve the visibility of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) management frameworks in a leading aerospace company encouraged collaboration between the Digital Transformation team and the P3E team.
Solution
As a result of this collaboration, a digital solution was developed to standardize SQDC processes and provide visibility into KPI management frameworks in an accessible manner via a web platform.
