Challenge

A leading automobile manufacturer was looking to optimize Project Management procedures, including sourcing and final testing, to drive efficiency and knowledge, especially in software engineering.

Solution

A Software Engineering Process Improvement team was created. They mapped processes, finding opportunities for optimization. It resulted in cohesive procedures, bringing standardization and efficiency to software engineering. The team was trained for continuous improvement.​
