The headquarters is located in Campinas, São Paulo, and offers services to companies in the industrial, commercial and service sectors throughout the state of São Paulo.
Challenge
A7 Credit wanted to provide the best user experience and create an application that would be used by its leads and customers. To request credit, it is necessary to generate invoices, and uploading these invoices must be done in an organized, simple and secure manner.
Solution
A design squad over a two-week period understood the different points of view, such as: leads, customers, employees and A7 executives. The tool had to follow 3 premises: The technology had to be viable, the user experience centered on humans and relevant to the business.
