ART IT \u2014 Intelligent Technology (“ART IT”, “we”, “us”) is a Brazilian technology company headquartered in Campinas, S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this page. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@artit.com.br.<\/p>

2. What this notice covers<\/b><\/p>

This notice applies to the contact form on our Gartner IT Symposium\/Xpo 2026 page (materiais.artit.com.br\/gartner). It explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.<\/p>

3. Information we collect<\/b><\/p>

  • Information you provide: your name, business email address, your message, and the option you select describing your role or challenge.<\/li>
  • Information collected automatically: our page is hosted on a marketing platform that may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and cookies. See section 8.<\/li><\/ul>

    We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID data) through this form.<\/p>

    4. Why we use your information<\/b><\/p>

    • To respond to your request and schedule a conversation, including during the Gartner IT Symposium\/Xpo 2026 in Orlando.<\/li>
    • To send you occasional content about logistics data and analytics. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.<\/li>
    • To understand how visitors use this page and improve it.<\/li><\/ul>

      5. Legal basis<\/b><\/p>

      Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709\/2018), we process your information based on your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 9).<\/p>

          To exercise these rights, email dpo@artit.com.br. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights (for example, certain US states), those rights are also honored.<\/p>

          10. How long we keep your information<\/b><\/p>

          We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you opted into communications, until you unsubscribe or request deletion \u2014 and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.<\/p>

          11. Security<\/b><\/p>

          We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.<\/p>

          12. Children<\/b><\/p>

          This page is intended for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.<\/p>
