1. Who we are
ART IT — Intelligent Technology (“ART IT”, “we”, “us”) is a Brazilian technology company headquartered in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this page. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@artit.com.br.
2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to the contact form on our Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026 page (materiais.artit.com.br/gartner). It explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
3. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, business email address, your message, and the option you select describing your role or challenge.
- Information collected automatically: our page is hosted on a marketing platform that may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and cookies. See section 8.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID data) through this form.
4. Why we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule a conversation, including during the Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026 in Orlando.
- To send you occasional content about logistics data and analytics. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how visitors use this page and improve it.
5. Legal basis
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), we process your information based on your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 9).
6. Who we share it with
- Service providers that host this page and manage our communications (currently [RD Station / nome da plataforma]). They process data only on our instructions.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
7. International transfers
ART IT is based in Brazil, and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. When your information leaves the country where it was collected, we rely on contractual protections consistent with the LGPD.
8. Cookies
This page may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Your rights and choices
You may, at any time:
- Unsubscribe from our communications using the link in any email, or by contacting us;
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
- Withdraw your consent, or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Request information about the third parties with which we have shared your data.
To exercise these rights, email dpo@artit.com.br. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights (for example, certain US states), those rights are also honored.
10. How long we keep your information
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you opted into communications, until you unsubscribe or request deletion — and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
This page is intended for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version.
